Channel Partner Program Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the ABC e-Learning's Channel Partner Program. So that ABC e-Learning can best evaluate you or your company for membership in our program, we would ask you to complete this application with as much detail as possible.

Our partner review board will review the completed application. If necessary, ABC e-Learning may request that the applying company or individual provide a business plan and strategy overview demonstrating the long term value of establishing a partnership with ABC e-Learning. We will contact you after the completion of the review, and if accepted, send out the necessary contracts.

3. CHANNEL PARTNER PROGRAM YOU ARE APPLYING FOR:

Agent Program
For individuals of small/medium sized organizations focused on products or services related to ABC e-Learning Corporation's suite of e-Learning services. These groups are typically looking to expand their business model and include incremental revenues via e-Learning sales. Agents will earn fees for leveraging existing business relationships and generating e-learning sales. ABC e-Learning will be responsible for all of the fulfillment activities and provide the technical support to the end user.
Referral Program
This program is for organizations with a strong base of clients that they would like to leverage into additional sources of revenue. Under this plan, the referral will be responsible for introducing the product to prospective clients and ABC e-Learning will be responsible for completing the financial transaction, product shipping and providing second level technical support.
Reseller Program
This program is for organizations with a strong sales background and a focus on higher sales targets. Under this plan, the reseller will be responsible for all of the fulfillment activities with the customer (i.e. completing the financial transaction) and ABC e-Learning will be responsible for product shipping and providing second level technical support.

Tier 1 Resellers maintain a commitment Tier of $100,000 to ABC e-Learning Corporation.
Tier 2
Tier 2 Resellers maintain a commitment Tier of $250,000 to ABC e-Learning Corporation.
Tier 3
Tier 3 Resellers maintain a commitment Tier of $500,000 to ABC e-Learning Corporation.
